The simulator section allows the user to simulate 50,000 hand simulations while
card counting with the current rules and displays the betting spread, winning rate
and minimum bankroll needed in units.  You will have to run the simulator
several times to get an accurate reading.  There is a timeout on the shared
web hosting account I get that will not allow simulating more hands at a time. 

Currently the simulator simulates with the rules stated in the introduction
section.  The shuffle point is the amount of the deck that the house deals out.
